Celebrate May Holidays and Easter in Style

Package prices are in EUR, per room, for 2 or 3 nights stay and include:

• Buffet breakfasts and dinners;
• Drinks during breakfast - tea, milk, coffee, juices, water from a dispenser
• Free use of heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and fitness;
• Wi-Fi Internet in the whole hotel;
• Unguarded outdoor parking;
• 9% VAT, resort tax and tourist insurance.

• Transfer to the Church of the Holy Annunciation in the town of Razlog on 4 May for a solemn liturgy / prior request at the hotel reception is required/;
• Easter Lunch on 5 May: A special Easter lunch is inspired by traditional and contemporary dishes prepared with attention to detail by our professional team of chefs.
• Animation for kids on 5 May: Take advantage of our organized holiday activities for our youngest guests, such as creative workshops for children, dances with lots of games and even an Easter egg hunt on the hotel grounds.
• Folklore program on 5 May during dinner: a professional folklore ensemble will introduce you to the magic of Bulgarian culture with performances of traditional dances and songs.

PAYMENT AND GARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Within 3 working days after confirmation of the reservation, but no later than the date of check-in, a prepayment of at least the value of the first night is required. Balance payment of 100% no later than 5 days before check-in.
Payment accepted:
-        by bank transfer to the account of the hotelier /for reservations confirmed at least 2 working days before the check-in date/
Reservations not guaranteed within the specified period will be considered void.

• Up to 5 days prior to arrival date – free of charge. 
• Less than 4 days prior to arrival date – the amount for 1 full room night is charged.
• In case of earlier departure or change of period of stay for later dates, requested less than 4 days prior to arrival date, the total due amount for the originally confirmed period is to be charged. 
• A cancellation or modification is requested by the client and confirmed by the hotel in written form.
