Welcome the New Year with a celebration to remember

• Festive New Year's Eve entertainment programme featuring Trio Trinity and the folklore group “Razlozhki Meratsi”;
• New Year's Eve party with DJ;
• Festive fireworks display;
• Use of the heated indoor swimming pool;
• Use of Jacuzzi, salt sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath and fitness;
• Scheduled shuttle service to and from the main Gondola station;
• Wireless internet access throughout the hotel;
• Use of the children’s playroom with plenty of toys;
• Unguarded outdoor parking lots;
• 9% VAT and local tourist tax.

FOR OUR YOUNGEST GUESTS:

• Children can enjoy our cosy children’s playroom with plenty of toys, providing a fun and comfortable space for play during their stay;
• A New Year's Eve children's menu for children aged 0 to 5.99 years, including a reserved seat in the restaurant on 31 December, is available at 50 EUR.

PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• A prepayment equivalent to the first night's stay is required to guarantee the reservation;
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 14 or more days prior to the arrival date – free of charge;
• 13 to 10 days prior to the arrival date – 50% of the total reservation amount is charged;
• 9 days or less prior to the arrival date – 100% of the total reservation amount is charged;
• In case of earlier departure or change/postponement of the period of stay requested 9 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount for the originally confirmed period is charged;
• A cancellation or modification is requested by the client and confirmed by the hotel in written form.
