Terra Complex is situated right next to Pirin Golf and Country club, home of the outstanding 18-hole, Par 72 championship course designed by the winning 2006 Ryder Cup Captain, Ian Woosnam.

The prices are valid for accommodation in the main or annex buildings (upon availability at the moment of booking) and include:

• 2, 4 or 6 Green Fees (18 holes);

• Use of outdoor swimming pool (during the period June – August), indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi;
• Free Wi Fi internet access all over the hotel;
• Free Unguarded outdoor parking;
• Late check-out until 14:00 o'clock;
• 9% VAT, resort tax and tourist insurance.
