PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
All bookings / orders made through the App require full payment. Depending on the service or product you are purchasing, some or all of the following payment methods may be available: Credit or debit card payment. Payment is processed automatically and Voucher(s) issued typically within minutes. Bank transfer – Payment must be made within 3 business days after purchase, but not later than the arrival date. Your order will be confirmed and Voucher(s) issued only after your payment has been received to our bank account. If payment is not received within 3 business days, we reserve the right to reject your order. Cancellation policy - Nonrefundable: A booking / order under this policy cannot be amended or refunded.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Delivery of physical goods not applicable. Vouchers will be issued for each service and delivered electronically.
