PACKAGE PRICES ARE IN EUROS, PER ROOM, FOR THE ENTIRE STAY AND INCLUDE:

• Buffet breakfasts and dinners;
• Use of the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and fitness center;
• Wireless internet throughout the hotel;
• 9% VAT, local tax, and tourist insurance;
• Transfer to the Church of St. Blagoveshtenie in the town of Razlog on April 11 (Saturday) for the festive liturgy
• (prior reservation at the hotel reception is required);

• Exciting Holiday Activities on April 11 (Saturday): Take advantage of our organized festive activities for our youngest guests, including children’s creative workshops, dancing with lots of games, and even an Easter egg hunt on the hotel grounds;

• Folklore Program on April 11 (Saturday) during dinner: A professional folklore ensemble will introduce you to the magic of Bulgarian culture with performances of traditional dances and songs;

• Easter Lunch on April 12 (Sunday): A lavish Easter lunch inspired by traditional and contemporary dishes, prepared with great attention to detail by our professional team of chefs.

PAYMENT TERMS AND RESERVATION GUARANTEE

Within 3 working days after reservation confirmation, but no later than the check-in date, an advance payment of at least the value of the first night is required.
The remaining balance (100%) must be paid no later than 5 days prior to check-in.

Accepted payment method:

• Bank transfer to the hotelier’s bank account
  (for reservations confirmed at least 2 working days prior to the check-in date)

Reservations not guaranteed within the specified timeframe will be considered invalid.

Cancellation of a Guaranteed Reservation

• Up to 5 days prior to the check-in date – no penalty applies (valid after the reservation period);

• Less than 4 days prior to the check-in date – a penalty equal to one full night’s stay in the reserved room will be charged;

• In case of shortening or postponing the stay less than 4 days prior to the check-in date, the full amount for the originally reserved period is due.

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed in writing by the hotel.
