THE PRICES INCLUDE:
- Accommodation of two guests in a double room or one-bedroom apartment and of up to four guests in a family or two-bedroom apartment;
- Breakfast or Breakfast and dinner as per the selected package;
- Use of heated indoor swimming pool;
- Use of Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and fitness;
- Wireless internet access all over the hotel;
- Use of children’s playroom and playground from 9:00 until 21:00h;
- Ski storage for own equipment;
- Scheduled transportation to and from the main Gondola station;
- Unguarded outdoor parking lots;
- 9% VAT, local tax and tourist insurance.
Note : Buffet meals if min. 25 guests and set menu if under 25 guests at the hotel.
Payment and guarantee terms and conditions:
- Within 3 business days after booking confirmation, but not later than the arrival date, at least the amount of the first room night is required as а deposit.
- Balance payment is due no later than the check in date
Cancellation and modification policy:
- Up to 7 days prior to arrival date – free of charge.
- Less than 6 days prior to arrival date – the amount for 1 full room night is charged.
- In case of earlier departure or change of period of stay for later dates, requested less than 3 days prior to arrival date, the total due amount for the originally confirmed period is to be charged.
- A cancellation or modification is requested by the client and confirmed by the hotel in written form.
- Due to the situation with Coronavirus (COVID -19) the hotel reserves the right to make changes in the organization, terms and conditions of use of additional facilities in the complex - restaurant, lobby bar, relaxation area, fitness and other facilities
- Due to the current situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), the hotel does not accept guests from certain countries.
- Due the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the hotel may request additional documentation from guests to verify identity, and other important information.
- Due the Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in the hotel.
- Food and beverage services at the hotel may not be available or may be limited due to the Coronavirus situation (COVID-19).
- Due to the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), the hotel team has taken measures to protect guests and staff according all requirements of the Ministry of Health.
- Certain services and amenities may not be available as a result.
- All adjacent facilities, fitness, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, children's playground, lobby bar will operate according the requirements and regulations of the Ministry of Health related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
- In case of inability to check in due to Coronavirus (Covid-19), the hotel will refund the amount paid for the booking or will issue a voucher for change of accommodation. The hotel will require a positive PCR test made a maximum of 14 days before the date of check-in
